DELIVERY AND COSTS
Snapshot Occasions use Australia post to send your orders to you. Postage and handling costs will vary according to your order. We hold NO responsibility for damage or lost orders that have been posted.

Snapshot Occasions take great care in packing your order and posting it to you so it arrives to you in perfect condition.

All orders placed will be processed as promptly as possible. Once a payment has cleared orders will be sent with in 1 - 3 days via your chosen Australia Post postal method. ( Parcel Post or Express Post). Postage times may vary from 1 - 7 days depending on where in Australia and the postage method you use.

VIEWING YOUR PROOF COPY
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, the designing of you layout will start. Throw out the designing process you will be emailed a proof copy until your happy with it.

REPRINTS
We are more then happy to reprint your order if more copies are needed If a printing error happens by us, we will also reprint free of charge.

REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Snapshot Occasions dose not refund or exchange any of your orders ones you have confirmed the proof copy that will be emailed to you. We at Snapshot Occasions make the effort to produce a order your happy with.

Other Useful Points That Will Help Us To Achieve Your Design Faster

• Make sure you filled the order form with all the needed information

• Use of any professional photo requires a written release. This release
can sent via e-mail to info@snapshotoccasions.com

• Acceptable file formats are JPG and TIFF with a recommended resolution of 300dpi.When sending images never reduce the size

• Please make sure your images are clear and Sharp, this will benefit the over all layout. The quality of the print
will only be as good as the image that you supply

• If your uncertain about what photos to uses send as many photos as you like and we can help you to choose the best ones that work for your chosen design.

• We carry out basic improvement to your photos completely free. Thing such as such as blemish removal, colour correcting, date removal and cropping free of charge.

• Please be aware that if you are emailing your photographs via hotmail or yahoo your photos files are automatically reduced. To prevent a lower standard of photo coming to us please ensure that you either use a different email provider if possible or upload your photograph to photobucket and email me the link.

• Pricing Includes - free proof via email before printing
• Professionally printed on Kodak quality photographic paper
• Processing Time - Standard Service: 7 to 9 working days before posting
• Delivery Time - Please allow 10 working days for your layouts to arrive to you after being posted
• Payment is via Direct Deposit Only. These details will be supplied to you once your order has been confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with total cost and a payment request.
• Base prices start at $1.50 per layout for a 4x6 print. Quantities and extra costs for larger sizes are calculated based on the selections you make during the order process. Your total will available for viewing in your shopping cart
• We recommend Matte as it provides a nicer quality, fingerprint resistant finish
• No order is too big or too small for us.
